Intro
Developer and Entrepreneur based in Hyderabad, India.
I specialize in developing backend systems and web applications. My work is focused on creating functional, user-friendly software that solves real-world problems effectively.
Beyond coding, I find nature, the night sky, and space exploration to be fascinating. I enjoy taking walks and playing cricket as ways to decompress and be creative.
I'm motivated by a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to create technology that improves people's lives. Each project is an opportunity to make a difference.
Journey
My Journey
Laptop Drop (My Big Bang)
Accidentally dropped my laptop during a call with a friend, damaging the hard disk. Ironically, this incident ended up sparking my deeper interest in computers.
First Contact with Linux
With my hard drive unusable, I booted Ubuntu from a USB after watching a random YouTube tutorial. My first real exposure to Linux.
Started Learning JavaScript
After finishing 12th grade, I began learning JavaScript through Google's Grasshopper app and completed the Coding Fundamentals certificate on July 29, 2020.
Started YouTube Channel
Created my YouTube channel and published my first video on September 29, 2020 about installing Python.
Started Bachelors in CS (AI & ML)
Began my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Building Independent Projects
Spent a lot of time building personal tools and experiments, including utilities like Windows Spotlight image grabbers and other small projects.
Launched My First Portfolio
Published krishna-santosh.com on September 11, 2022 using the Hugo static site framework. My portfolio has evolved significantly since then.
Early Astro Adoption
Started building sites with Astro early in its lifecycle and gradually migrated my portfolio and experiments to it.
Founded Velopulent
Started Velopulent with the goal of building impactful software and exploring ambitious ideas in technology. Partly inspired by the TV show Silicon Valley.
Open Source Contributions
Started contributing to open source projects on GitHub and engaging more with the developer ecosystem.
Graduated
Completed my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning).

Currently focused on building meaningful software products and pushing forward ambitious ideas through Velopulent.
